Audience
The course is designed for managers, middle managers, HR professionals, project managers and others who want a holistic and practice-oriented understanding of how organizations function and develop. It is suitable for both the private and public sectors, and is relevant for anyone who wants to strengthen their expertise in organizational structure, culture, teamwork, leadership and change. The course is also suitable for professionals working with organisational development, change processes or improvement work.

Learning objectives
The course provides participants with a broad and practice-oriented introduction to how organizations are built, influenced and led. The topics range from structure, organizational forms and the Norwegian leadership model to culture, group dynamics, psychological security and change management. Through theory, models and reflection tasks, participants learn how organizations can evolve through conscious choices, good collaboration and systematic reflection.

After completing the course you will be able to
