Audience
The course is aimed at managers, managers, technicians, consultants and others who want a basic introduction to asset management with a framework from ISO 55001. It is suitable for people who have responsibility for operations, maintenance, investments or resource management, as well as those who wish to contribute to the organization's assets being managed in a structured manner and in accordance with international standards.
Learning objectives
Participants will gain an understanding of the basic principles, concepts and requirements of an asset management system (AMS) based on ISO 55001. They will learn the structure and main requirements of the standard, including policy, management anchoring, documentation, procedures, internal audit, management evaluation, as well as continuous improvement. The course also provides insight into how an AMS can be organised and managed, as well as what is required to achieve compliance with ISO 55001.
