Our Story

Compend was established in 2023 with a clear ambition to make expertise more accessible, valuable and applicable, both for people and businesses.

The company was founded with the goal of developing products and services in close cooperation with our customers. Through Compend, we have built a platform that simplifies the work of developing, documenting and applying expertise and experience. Our approach is based on real needs in the world of work and aims to contribute to value for individuals, companies and society as a whole.

We work to strengthen companies through systematic development and documentation of competencies. By using Compend, companies will be able to more easily attract, develop and retain skilled employees, strengthen competitiveness and open up new markets and missions. At the same time, we give everyone access to a free learning account, or CV, where expertise and experience can be accumulated and built throughout their lives.
