The course is designed for managers, HR professionals, safety representatives and AMU members who are responsible for health, environment and safety in the business. It is suitable for both the private and public sectors, and is particularly relevant for companies that want to strengthen their systematic work on health and safety, comply with the legal requirements of the Work Environment Act and work more structured and proactive with the psychosocial work environment. The course is also suitable for managers and HR who want to develop a safer, more inclusive and more sustainable work culture.
Learning objectives
The course provides participants with an action-oriented and practical understanding of how systematic HSE management is carried out in line with legal requirements. Participants learn how to analyze occupational health risks, conduct risk assessments, strengthen occupational safety and health culture, facilitate cooperation with BHT and AMU, and ensure compliance with both physical, organizational and psychosocial requirements. The course also provides insight into how HSE data and reflection can be used strategically for continuous improvement and better management decisions.

This e-learning course provides a basic and practical introduction to HSE for managers. The course does not cover company-specific risk conditions, internal procedures or industry-specific requirements. In order for the training to be complete, the company must also ensure local adaptation, practical use of its own HSE systems, the implementation of actual risk assessments and active follow-up in the day-to-day management work. It is also the manager's responsibility to keep abreast of changes in regulations and to ensure that HSE's work is complied with in practice.
