The course is designed for experienced HR managers, HR consultants, HR Business Partners, advisors and others who want to elevate HR work from operational function to strategic impact force. It is suitable for both the private and public sectors, and is particularly relevant for businesses that want to professionalise the HR role, strengthen partner collaboration, develop strategic HR models or work more data-driven, sustainable and forward-looking.
Learning objectives
The course provides an in-depth professional specialisation in strategic HR management, and develops skills to work as a mature and influential HR partner in Norwegian working life. Participants learn to actively use frameworks, laws and partner cooperation; analyze and develop HR models; work evidence-based with HR data; strengthen the work environment, skills and culture; and integrate ESG, digitalization and the future of work into the HR strategy. Through cases, reflection and a practical 30-60-90-day plan, participants are trained in translating HR theory into strategic practice.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
