Important to note

This e-learning course provides basic HSE understanding and review of key principles, routines and responsibilities in construction. The course does not replace the business's obligation to ensure practical training, local routines and project-specific measures. In order for the training to be complete, the company or the participant must provide

  • Practical introduction and exercises in the use of protective equipment, fall protection, machinery and working methods used locally.
  • Review and training on the construction site's own rigging plans, escape routes, material records, language plan and contingency plans.
  • Conducting real risk assessments and SJA for specific work operations in own projects, with signing and follow-up in practice.
  • Training in internal systems for anomaly reporting, documentation, control and maintenance, including who does what locally.
  • Adaptation to specific risk conditions at the workplace, including subcontractors, traffic, chemicals, noise, vibration and other local conditions.
