The course “Smart Project Management with Artificial Intelligence” gives you both project management skills and an IT tool that you can use as your personal sparring partner, advisor and efficiency engine in projects.
The course is designed as a combination of theory and practice with KI as a project resource. You follow a typical project process — from pre-project to profit realisation — and gain insight into how key project documents can be prepared and applied in practice through examples, templates and checklists.
You will learn how artificial intelligence can support you in all phases of the project with tasks such as planning, organisation, progress monitoring, managing uncertainties, communication and reporting. Through the course you will have access to Project Copilot — a language model within KI, trained on all project academic content from the School of Project Management.
