The course is designed for managers, HR staff, elected representatives and others who are responsible for the follow-up of employees in the event of sick leave. It is suitable for both the public and private sectors, and is particularly relevant for businesses that want to strengthen their work with presence, early efforts and good cooperation between employer, employee and NAV.
Learning objectives
The course provides a practical and clear introduction to the regulations and the most important roles and duties that apply in case of sick leave. Participants learn what is required in different phases of sick leave, from self-report to long-term sick leave, and how good communication, duty of activity and participation can contribute to a faster return to work. The course also provides insight into facilitation, follow-up plans and NAV's involvement.

If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
