In this course, you will learn how to plan a project, what a realistic and robust project plan should include, and the importance of having an overview of gains before the implementation phase starts.

The course module is approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides PDUs (professional development units) if you have a project management professional certification (PMP). The course module provides 10 PDUs and you will find all the information you need on the course certificate you receive after completion of the course module. The course certificate also includes PMI information as an important quality mark, which helps build high value for both learning and CV.

PECB courses are conducted in PECB's own learning portal, with presentations, materials for self-study as well as video where available. After payment, you sign up for the course, and receive an email from PECB with registration link, normally within 24 hours of booking.
The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
