Audience
The course is aimed at employees, managers, bases, foremen, project managers and others who work in or against buildings and facilities and who are responsible for or participate in the work of the HSE. It is suitable for both skilled workers and officials who need a basic understanding of HSE, HOP (Human and Organisational Performance) principles, risk assessment, interaction, preparedness and safety culture at the construction site.
Learning objectives
Participants will gain a basic and comprehensive understanding of HSE and HOP principles in construction. They will learn how security is created through interaction between people, technology and organization. The course provides insight into risk assessment, barriers, roles and responsibilities, use of protective equipment, work environment, preparedness, first aid and learning from incidents. The aim is to strengthen safety capacity and prevent accidents through systematic and practical HSE work.

PECB courses are conducted in PECB's own learning portal, with presentations, materials for self-study as well as video where available. After payment, you sign up for the course, and receive an email from PECB with registration link, normally within 24 hours of booking.
The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
