The course is aimed at employees, managers and professionals in both the public and private sectors who want to use artificial intelligence as a practical tool in their daily work. It is suitable for employees in administration, HR, communications, project work, analysis, management and support functions who need to work more efficiently, structured and secure with the help of AI.
Learning objectives

This e-learning course provides a practical and theoretical introduction to the use of generative AI in everyday working life. The course does not cover
- Training in specific KI tools or vendor-specific solutions beyond general principles.
- Legal advice or a complete review of regulations relating to privacy, copyright or use of KI.
- Automation of decisions or the use of KI as a substitute for professional assessment and responsibility.
This means that the company and the individual participant themselves must ensure
- Training in and access to approved KI tools in line with internal guidelines.
- Establishment of local routines, policies and control mechanisms for KI usage.
- Further specialisation in legal, ethical and technical matters where relevant to the role or business.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
