The course is also relevant for companies that want to strengthen their competence in systematic HSE work and professional management in cleaning.
Learning objectives
The course provides participants with a practical and holistic introduction to management, organisation and HSE, especially adapted to the cleaning industry. Participants learn how structure, culture and communication affect collaboration and results, and how to build a safe and effective work environment through clear leadership, planning and follow-up. The course combines theory, reflection and real-life examples that can be used directly in everyday working life.
After completing the course you will be able to
- Explain the leadership role in the cleaning industry and the difference between professional responsibility and personnel responsibility

- Conduct employee follow-up, absence calls and facilitation
- Take responsibility for the work of the HSE and follow up on statutory duties under the Working Environment Act
- Identify and manage industry-specific health and safety challenges such as chemicals, ergonomics and workload
- Plan and allocate tasks efficiently using digital tools
- Ensure quality and improvement through systematic monitoring and reporting

Important to note
This e-learning course provides a holistic and practice-oriented introduction to management and HSE for cleaning managers, but does not cover everything required for full implementation in their own business. In order for the training to be complete, the company or participant must additionally carry out measures that anchor the learning in local conditions and real operations.
- Carry out the company's own surveys, risk assessments, action plans and deviation routines in real work environments and with its own equipment
- Ensure practical training and instruction in chemical handling, ergonomic working methods and the use of protective equipment adapted to the specific tasks
- Adapt routines, roles, documentation and follow-up to the organization of the business, customer requirements and applicable internal systems and agreements
- Provide the necessary internal training in the relevant digital planning and reporting tools used in the enterprise
- Involve the protection officer, AMU and, if necessary, occupational health services, and ensure that statutory processes are actually carried out and followed up over time
- Follow up the measures in practice with regular evaluation, learning and improvement in the team, so that the competence is durable and translates into measurable quality and a better working environment
