This course provides a practical introduction to regulations, responsibility and compliance using artificial intelligence. The course does not cover technical development, model training or programming of AI systems. It also does not replace legal advice or company-specific assessments relating to employment law, sector regulations or contract law, and is not to be confused with certification courses.
This means that the company itself must ensure technical implementation, concrete legal assessments, local adaptation of procedures and practical implementation of risk assessments and controls. The course should be combined with internal processes, legal assistance as needed and ongoing follow-up to ensure complete and correct compliance with requirements, as well as other required certification and competencies.
