
Audience
The course is aimed at managers, middle managers, team leaders and others with human resources responsibilities who will make HSE an integral part of daily management. It is suitable for responsible managers, operations and project managers, HR and key people working with work environment, risk assessment and follow-up of measures. The course is also relevant for leaders in hybrid and complex teams who need practical tools for communication, participation and conflict management.
Learning objectives
Participants will gain practical insight into how management and HSE responsibility can be combined in everyday life, and how HSE can be integrated into planning, implementation and follow-up of tasks. They will learn how to map the work environment, conduct risk assessments and establish preventive measures and action plans for physical, psychosocial and organisational risk factors. The course provides skills in strengthening communication, complicity, partner cooperation and psychological security, as well as managing conflicts early and constructively. Participants will also learn systematic follow-up, evaluation, documentation and continuous improvement to build a learning HSE culture.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
