
Audience
The course is aimed at quality and hygiene managers, production managers, internal auditors, consultants, management and others who will lead the implementation or revision of a food safety management system (FSMS) in line with food safety standards in the food industry, catering, distribution and production. It is suitable for those who already have basic knowledge of food safety and want formal expertise to plan, implement and maintain FSMS in a business.
Learning objectives
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the requirements of ISO 22000 and how these are practically implemented throughout the organization. They learn to develop and document policy, procedures and controls related to food safety, risk management, monitoring, traceability and continuous improvement. They will also learn how to plan and lead the implementation process, identify critical checkpoints, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate FSMS into the organization's structure and culture.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
