About the company
We combine structured preparation with hands-on simulation exercises that make people confident in demanding conversations and negotiations.
WNI delivers trainings, lectures and advice in negotiation, conflict management and mediation. The academic community is led by Roar Thun Wægger, a graduate of Harvard's Program on Negotiation and the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University, and internationally accredited mediator.
