Project organization

There are people who will do the work and ensure that customers and users receive the project deliveries within agreed quality requirements and within the time and cost framework. Therefore, it is important that the project is organized according to the size and complexity of the project, that the project team is made up of professionals with the necessary competencies, and that the roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.

Good projects also depend on good collaboration within the project team. Good cooperation between people from different departments and different businesses does not necessarily come by itself. Good collaboration in project teams is the result of clear roles and responsibilities, a skilled and respected project owner and project manager, compliance between responsibility and authority, a project team with professional expertise and complementary team roles, openness to innovation and critical thinking, clear and honest communication, and last but not least, the will and desire to succeed together.

The course module is approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides PDUs (professional development units) if you have a project management professional certification (PMP). The course module provides 10 PDUs and you will find all the information you need on the course certificate you receive after completion of the course module. The course certificate also includes PMI information as an important quality mark, which helps build high value for both learning and CV.
