This course provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to management and HR's responsibilities in the introduction of artificial intelligence. The course does not cover technical development, programming or implementation of AI solutions in IT systems. It also does not replace legal assessment of privacy, employment law or other regulatory compliance that must be tailored to the individual business.
This means that the company itself must provide technical implementation, legal clarifications, local adaptation of procedures and practical training in specific tools. The course should be combined with internal processes, partner collaboration and company-specific follow-up to ensure complete and sustainable AI training.
