The course is suitable for people and roles responsible for quality, quality systems and quality assurance in an organisation. It is suitable for quality managers, quality managers, process and operations managers, consultants or advisers, members of implementation teams, and for those who want to build expertise to establish and maintain a quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001.
Learning objectives
Participants will acquire in-depth knowledge of the principles, requirements and structure of ISO 9001. They will learn how to plan and initiate implementation of a QMS, document and organize the quality system, and establish processes for management, monitoring, measurement, control and improvement. They should also understand how to run QMS in business, ensure customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and prepare the organization for certification audit.
After completing the course you will be able to
- Explain basic concepts and principles of quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001
- Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 from the perspective of the implementer
- Planning and initiating implementation of a QMS using recognized methodologies (e.g. PECB IMS2)
- Document, structure and implement processes for quality, risk management, customer satisfaction and process control
- Drive, maintain, and continuously improve a QMS in your organization
- Preparing your organization for a third-party certification audit

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
