Audience
The course is aimed at farmers and managers in Norwegian agriculture who will understand and use KSL as a practical tool in everyday life. It is suitable for both new and experienced manufacturers, as well as employees and associates involved in operations, HSE and documentation. The course is also relevant for advisors who assist farms with quality, traceability, risk assessment and improvement work.
Learning objectives
Participants will be given a practical introduction to KSL as a quality system in agriculture, including the purpose, history and context of food safety and labelling schemes. They will learn how the KSL standard is built up, how self-auditing is carried out and documented, and how a digital solution provides better overview and follow-up. The course provides insight into HSE requirements, risk assessment, accident registration and contingency plans, as well as how documentation and traceability provide confidence and market access. Participants will also learn a structured approach to implementation and continuous improvement in their own operations.

This e-learning course provides an introduction to principles, concepts and working methods related to KSL, self-auditing, HSE, documentation and improvement work. The course does not replace the concrete implementation of the KSL work in your business.
In order for the training to be complete, the enterprise or participant must carry out self-audit in the KSL system for their own production and ensure that all relevant questions are answered correctly for the farm's operation. This involves, among other things:
