It is suitable for companies that place high demands on proven quality, efficiency and environmental responsibility, and who want to strengthen their professional knowledge and professionalism in cleaning services. The course builds on basic training and provides specialisation in modern standards and methods.
Learning objectives
The course provides participants with professional specialisation in professional cleaning with a focus on quality, health, environment and sustainability. Participants learn to plan, carry out and document cleaning according to current standards and requirements, such as NS-INSTA 800, and to adopt modern tools, technology and environmentally friendly solutions. The course combines theory, reflection and practical examples, and emphasizes quality assurance, service and professional professional practice.
After completing the course you will be able to
- Explain the principles of NS-INSTA 800 and use the standard to assess and document quality
- Carry out machine cleaning and floor maintenance safely, efficiently and ergonomically correctly
- Using digital tools for planning, documentation and resource management
- Understand hygienic cleaning, infection control and relevant regulations
- Contribute to environmentally friendly operation and reduced use of water, energy and chemicals
- Know environmental certifications such as Environmental Lighthouse and ISO 14001
- Create good service, cooperation and professional ethics in the face of customers and colleagues
- Actively participate in improvement work, deviation treatment and quality monitoring
- Develop professional practices that combine efficiency, quality and sustainability
Important to note
This e-learning course provides theory, reflection and assignments related to quality, HSE and sustainability in professional cleaning. In addition, for the training to be complete, the business and the participant must ensure that:
- Practical training is conducted on your own equipment and own surfaces, including safe use of machines, proper pad and brush selection, and correct execution of floor maintenance.
- Local routines and requirements are incorporated, including cleaning plans, quality levels, frequencies, colour coding, infection control routines and documentation requirements into the company's systems.
- A review of the company's HSE work is carried out, including risk assessments, ergonomics measures, chemical procedures, waste management and training in the use of protective equipment.
- Any certification requirements and audit requirements are handled by the business, including the establishment of management system, internal control, measurements, reporting and follow-up required by Environmental Lighthouse or ISO 14001.
This means that the course should be combined with practical training, local procedures and follow-up in everyday working life to ensure that the skills are used correctly and that the demands of the workplace are met.
