Audience
The course is designed for new and unskilled cleaners in the private and public sectors, including apprentices, hired and employees in the start-up phase of the profession. It is suitable for anyone who will carry out daily or periodic cleaning in establishments with hygiene, safety and professional conduct requirements. The course is also relevant for employers who want to document training in HSE and chemical handling.
Learning objectives
The course provides participants with a safe and practical introduction to the professional role of cleaner. It covers everything from cleaning techniques and ergonomics to HSE, chemical safety and sustainable methods. Participants learn how cleaning affects health, safety and the environment, and how to carry out the work professionally and responsibly. The course ends with a test and can be combined with practical training in business.

This e-learning course covers the theoretical and fundamental part of training in cleaning, HSE and environmental awareness. The course does not replace practical training in the workplace. In order for the training to be complete, the company itself must provide practical introduction to its own premises, machinery and working methods, training in local deviation system and emergency procedures, as well as adaptation to specific risk conditions and chemicals used in the enterprise. The course must therefore be combined with internal training, supervision and follow-up in practice in order to meet requirements for full-fledged training.
