Audience
The course is designed for employees who order goods and services or are responsible for procurement and supplier management in both the public and private sectors. It is particularly suitable for professionals, project managers, purchasers, contract managers and managers who want to work in a more structured way with procurement, from needs clarification to profit realisation.

Learning objectives
The course provides a holistic and practical understanding of the systematic procurement process and the role of the professional orderer. Participants learn to identify real needs, involve users and stakeholders, translate needs into clear requirements, analyze market and risk, choose appropriate competitive strategy, safeguard regulations and documentation, follow up contracts and work structured with profit realization.
