Project implementation

The basis for a successful implementation phase is a robust project plan and a realistic business case. Project management will now use their expertise to get the job done, deal with deviations, changes, threats and opportunities, and meet stakeholders' expectations. In addition, important closing activities should be carried out, such as evaluation of performance and documentation of both positive and negative experiences, which can contribute to making future projects even better.

The course provides an introduction to practical implementation and completion of projects. After the course you will have knowledge of

The course module is approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides PDUs (professional development units) if you have a project management professional certification (PMP). The course module provides 10 PDUs and you will find all the information you need on the course certificate you receive after completion of the course module. The course certificate also includes PMI information as an important quality mark, which helps build high value for both learning and CV.
