Audience
The course is suitable for professionals, managers, consultants and others who want a basic understanding of the management of artificial intelligence (AI) in organizations. This includes people who work on AI projects, management of AI systems, compliance, risk management, management systems, or those who simply want to become familiar with the requirements and principles of an AI management system (AIMS) according to the standard.
Learning objectives
Participants will learn basic concepts and principles for managing AI, as defined in the standard. They should become familiar with the main requirements of the standard for an AI management system (AIMS), including context understanding, policy and policy, risk management, support and operations, performance evaluation, internal audit/management review, and continuous improvement. The course provides insight into approaches, methods and techniques for establishing, managing and maintaining an AIMS.
After completing the course you will be able to
- Explain basic concepts and principles of artificial intelligence (AI) management
- Describe the requirements of the standard for an AI management system (AIMS) according to ISO/IEC 42001
- Identify methods, approaches and techniques for the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of an AIMS
- Contribute to the planning and design of policy, risk management, documentation and management processes related to AI in the organization
