
Audience
The course is suitable for auditors and quality assurance managers, internal or external quality teams, consultants and advisors, managers and professionals in charge of quality systems, as well as technicians and other professionals who wish to contribute in or lead audits of organizations' quality management system (QMS). The course is relevant for those who will carry out audits on behalf of certification bodies, or those who wish to develop competence to assess and ensure that the organization's quality management system is in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
Learning objectives
Participants will gain a basic understanding of principles and concepts in quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001. Students will learn how to interpret ISO 9001 requirements from an audit perspective, understand audit principles and methodology based on standards such as ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011, and how to plan, conduct and conclude an audit. They will also learn how to collect and verify evidence, lead an audit team, document findings and discrepancies, and prepare audit reports as well as follow up audit programs.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
