Audience
The course is aimed at project managers, senior project managers, program managers and project controllers who want to implement international standard for project management. It is suitable for those responsible for planning and executing projects, quality and risk management, managing project portfolios, as well as managers and key personnel who want to professionalize project management in line with ISO 21502.
