An introduction to dealing with violence and intimidation at work. The course consists of 16 small lessons divided into introduction (about), preparation (before), handling (during), prevention (without) and follow-up (after). The course emphasizes individual reactions and handling. But violence and intimidation challenge the entire work environment and should not be treated as a problem only for the individual worker.
