Audience
The course is aimed at workers, managers, HSE managers and professionals who work at height or plan work that involves a fall risk. It is suitable for anyone using or considering the use of fall protection equipment, both in construction, industry, operations and maintenance.
Learning objectives
The course provides participants with a practical and regulatory understanding of how work at height should be planned, carried out and documented in a safe manner. Through concrete examples and cases, participants learn to use proper methods and equipment, calculate clearance height, assess fall factor and plan rescue. The course covers both technical and organisational barriers, showing how security is achieved through multiple layers of measures.

Important to note
This course covers the theoretical and planning part of training in fall protection and working at height. The course does not replace the requirement for practical training and training in the use of fall protection equipment. In order for the training to be complete, the company must also provide practical training in the correct use of harnesses, fasteners, anchorage points and rescue equipment, adapted to the specific work tasks and risk conditions. Practical rescue exercises must also be carried out, and skills should be assessed and documented before work is carried out independently. The company is responsible for local risk assessment, choice of working methods, available equipment, preparedness and ongoing follow-up to ensure fully safe work at height.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
