Manpower and skills shortage

Skills development is a wonder drug in the battle for the workforce.

Skills development is a wonder medicine in the battle for the workforce, according to a survey of HR Norway's members. As many as 50% of employers and 42% of employees now experience a lack of skills in their own workplace.

“We have asked workers what benefits, in addition to salary, are important for staying in the job. The answers show that developing employees' competence is one of the most important things an employer can do in the fight for the workforce,” says the supervisor Kari Nordstad.

Compend’s competence platform helps companies and individuals solve these challenges, regardless of industry.
