The course is designed for managers, project staff, data protection officers, advisors, consultants, security officers and others who work with the processing of personal data. It is suitable for anyone who is going to establish, implement, operate or improve a Privacy Information Management System and who needs a solid understanding of the requirements of ISO/IEC 27701. The course is relevant both for controllers and data processors, and for companies wishing to strengthen internal control and compliance with data protection regulations.
Learning objectives
The course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of how ISO/IEC 27701 can be used to establish and maintain an effective privacy management system. Participants learn to interpret the requirements from an implementor perspective, conduct risk and gap assessments, design necessary controls and procedures, and build documentation that supports good processing of personal data. The course provides insight into the operation, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of PIMS, as well as how the business is prepared for external auditing and certification.

The price for courses (self-study and e-learning) includes one year of access. During this period, the examination, one new exam if necessary, as well as the issuance of a certificate are included.
If you choose not to attend courses and only want to take the exam, the exam and certificate must be paid separately. The payment is made directly to the PECB.
