Satisfied parties
Both Falck and Compend are very pleased with the new collaboration, which is an important step towards connecting health and education more closely together. Both parties agree that this will benefit Norwegian companies and their employees.
“We are very pleased to have brought in a market leader like Falck. This gives us the opportunity to offer our clients even more specialized courses and services in the field of occupational health,” says Kristian Ulen, Commercial Manager at Compend.
On Falck's part, the importance of Compend's platform to be able to deliver an even more complete digital offering to all its customers is emphasized. “Through this collaboration, we can offer our customers a holistic solution that combines our expertise in occupational healthcare with Compend's innovative platform for training,” said Vidar Fjeldsven, Head of Digital Services at Falck.
Better offers for Falck's customers
Through the collaboration, all of Falck's customers are offered access to Compend's comprehensive coursework and subscription solutions at great prices. This includes courses in health, safety and other relevant areas, both digital and physical. In addition, Falck's own courses become available on Compend's platform, giving customers an easier and more seamless experience.
The BHT+ package as a central part
An important part of the cooperation is the BHT+ package, which becomes central to the offer to Falck's customers. This package is specifically designed for corporate healthcare and strengthens Compend's already broad course selection. By including Falck's expertise in Compend's platform, customers get a unified solution that covers both health prevention and training.
Future plans
The collaboration applies to the Norwegian business market, but the two companies plan to develop more courses and digital services together in the future. Although the focus is initially on Norway, there are opportunities to offer the services internationally in the long term.

But the skills pledge is urgent.

A role-based training matrix provides an overview of competency requirements per role and makes training easier to manage and document.

Compulsory training does not have to be either long courses or short learning sessions.
