In addition, many people are in need of tools to plan and implement skills activities and increase the company's competitiveness. To assist us in this effort, we are now seeking an experienced and self-driven sales profile who wants to operate as our external sales resource.

Role and opportunities

As a sales partner, you are given full responsibility for opening doors with new customers. We are looking for you who enjoy building your own everyday life and who are triggered by seeing direct results of your own efforts.

Your main tasks include:

  • Proactive sales of courses, course subscriptions and digital skills solutions towards the B2B market.
  • Identify and contact decision makers to map their needs.
  • Conducting inspirational presentations and sales meetings via phone and video.
  • Ensure progress in sales processes and build your own customer portfolio.

Who are you?

We are looking for a professional player who is already self-employed, or who wants to establish himself like this with a solid product in his back.

  • You have solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in software (SaaS), courses or consulting.
  • You love to be in dialogue with customers and are comfortable with your phone as a work tool.
  • You are structured, business-oriented and accustomed to delivering high quality without detail management.
  • You communicate fluently in Norwegian and appear with great credibility in the face of decision makers.
