
What you want to work with
As Customer Success Manager in Compend, you will be responsible for assisting customers from procurement to implementation as well as assisting customers in setting up, starting up and using the service. You will be the customer's expert advisor and sparring partner in the use of our solutions. It is therefore a great advantage if you have experience with organizational development from an HR perspective, and how competencies are documented and developed.
In your daily work, you will have a varied and exciting everyday life, where you will often be the customer's first meeting with Compend. Through dialogue with customers, you will assist in setting up Compend's solutions, listen to their needs and advise on how they can develop their organization to create value. You will be an important link between customers and the company, and also actively assist in the continuous improvement and further development of our services. Other relevant tasks may include assistance in promotional work as well as other HR-related advice to clients.
Who We Think You Are
To succeed in the role, we believe you are self-motivated, have your own opinions and dare to challenge. At the same time, you are good at relationships and have good communication skills. You should have a good technical understanding and see the value of how digital tools support internal processes, both in Compend and with our customers. It's nice if you have at least three to five years of experience in HR or skill development, but similar experience can compensate for this. You must speak and write Norwegian fluently, and master English well, both orally and in writing.
