Basic use of AI and language models

Audience
The course is aimed at employees and managers who want to understand and use artificial intelligence and language models safely and effectively in their daily work. It is suitable for people without a technical background who work with text, communication, customer dialogue, analysis, reporting or project work, and who need practical methods for quality assurance, privacy and ethical use.
